8 components of teaching skills

Turney (1973) proposed 8 (eight) to teach basic skills, namely:
First, ask which requires skills teachers must master the techniques of asking intelligent questions, good questioning skills base and skills to ask further
Second, given the strengthening of skills. A teacher needs to master the skills of providing reinforcement for strengthening an incentive for students to improve attention.
Third, small group teaching skills and individuals, which requires teachers to hold a personal approach, organizing her, guide and facilitate learning, and to plan and carry out the teaching and learning activities.
Fourth, skill explained that requires teachers to reflect all information relevant to everyday life. At least, the explanation should be relevant to the objectives, materials, according to the abilities and backgrounds of students, and is given at the beginning, middle, or end 
of the lesson as necessary.
